Individual therapy is all about you. This is your opportunity to explore what makes you tick, how you understand and interact with the world, and what your inner world has to say about it. We take our time to explore your personal history and everything that has contributed to who, and how, you are today. In individual psychotherapy, we can treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. We can help empower you to improve your relationships, perhaps with your friends, family, partner, or work. We can help manage difficult habits or patterns of behaviors that seem perplexing and uncomfortable. There are many many benefits to individual therapy, and it’s personal. Hopefully, as we get to know each other, it can feel that your therapy hour is a safe place for you to explore the deeper, more vulnerable, parts of yourself. It can be challenging and very rewarding work, and it is my privilege to dive into that work with you.
